In today's economy some dentist are beginning to barter with patients for services. Bartering, the ancient practice of swapping goods and services, has boosted dental businesses across the U.S.

I thinks it's okay, but the Dr I work with has done it in the past and it has come to some disagreement whether his service is worth what the pt is bartering for!!
